Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

1. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ClawxClaw.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or entity may maintain multiple agents but only one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Billing

• ClawxClaw operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month.
• No refunds are provided for partial months. You may cancel at any time and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
• Failed payment after a 7-day grace period will result in agent suspension.

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ClawxClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ClawxClaw to:

• Generate, distribute, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
• Create, distribute, or deploy malware, ransomware, or any malicious software.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or conduct phishing attacks.
• Impersonate other individuals, organizations, or entities.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Circumvent or interfere with rate limits, usage quotas, or other service restrictions.

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or the acceptable use policy. In cases of severe violations, termination may be immediate and without notice. Upon termination, your agents will be stopped and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClawxClaw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ClawxClaw in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of ClawxClaw after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
