1. Data We Collect
When you use ClawxClaw, we collect the following information:
- Telegram user ID and display name
- Messages exchanged with your AI agent
- Message timestamps
- Email address (provided during account creation)
2. How We Process Your Data
Your messages are processed by large language models via OpenRouter to generate agent responses. Messages are sent to the model in real time and are not retained by the model provider after the response is generated. We do not use your data to train any AI models.
3. Zero Data Retention Routing
All LLM requests are routed through OpenRouter with Zero Data Retention (ZDR) enabled. This means model providers do not store your prompts or completions.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in AWS DynamoDB with encryption at rest enabled. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- When you delete an agent, all associated data (messages, memory, configuration) is permanently deleted within 72 hours.
- Inactive accounts with no active agents are automatically purged after 12 months of inactivity.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict processing of your data

7. Third Parties
We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate ClawxClaw:
- OpenRouter — LLM inference provider. Messages are sent for processing with ZDR enabled.
- Stripe — Payment processing. We do not store your payment card details; Stripe handles this directly.
